Week 5

This week, our pupils have been preparing and cooking a healthy Summer stir fry. They created recipes using seasonal ingredients, prepared and chopped their vegetables before stir frying and adding noodles, sauce and seasoning. Finally they tasted and evaluated their finished products - they were delicious!

Week 4

This week our Year 6 pupils have been designing, making and coding their very own robots. They had to wire them up correctly and accurately input the code to make them work. The finished robots could move, light up and even had the ability to detect distance.

Week 3

This week has been School Sports Week. Our pupils have had an amazing time showing off their sporting credentials. All of our Bare Trees values were in evidence during the week. Congratulations to our winners and thank you to everyone who took part (including some brave parents!).

Week 2

This week we have been focusing on writing a non-chronological report about a mythical creature. We have had a range of creatures from mermaids to dragons, minotaurs to unicorns and everything in between! We have been blown away with some of the creative ideas our pupils have come up with.

Week 1

This week, Year 6 began their final ever half term at Bare Trees. We have many exciting things to look forward to, not least, auditions have begun for our Year 6 leavers' show - good luck to all our auditionees!
