In our Garden

This half-term, we are learning about what we find in our garden. In Talk for Writing, we are reading Jasper's Beanstalk, and in Math, we are focusing on sequencing our day, including night and day and 2D and 3D shapes. 

Planting a seed

We started our half term by all planting a bean like Jasper does in Jasper's Beanstalk.

2d shapes

We've been learning about 2d shapes. Take a look at the shapes we made in the outdoor area. 

Weather

We have been learning about the weather. The children have been making weather charts. 

Aspirations day

The pupils enjoyed Aspirations Day. Throughout the day, we had a police officer come to visit the full time children and a dancer came in the afternoon. We discussed what we would like to be when we grow up. 

Bean Update

Take a look at our beans. After five weeks, the beans have started to grow. We can't wait to plant them outside with Mr. Wilds' help.
