What to do:

Answer questions about the story.

 

Activity:

Discuss the story from yesterday's storytime 'Oliver's Vegetables' and answer the questions below.

How to do it:

Ask your child these questions:

• What happened at the beginning of this story?
• What happened in the end?
• Who are the main characters?
• What was your favourite part of the story?

 

If your child finds that tricky:

Go through the questions and answer them together. 

 

Challenge:

Finish off the sentence in your book: 'My favourite part of the book was.....because...'
