Space

During the first half of the Autumn term our topic in Year 1 was all about 'Space'. The children enjoyed creating astronaut models out of clay during Art lessons. We looked at a number of books all about 'Space' these included: 'Man on the moon', 'Whatever's Next', 'Aliens love and Underpants' and 'How to Catch a Star'. We did lots of writing linked to these text. The children really enjoyed learning all about 'Space'.
