In PSHE this half term our big question is 'What makes us special?' 

 

We have been looking at a variety of books to help us discuss our differences, gender and our personal choices.

 

     

 

When talking about how we are all unique and special the Year 1 children took part in a rainbow vote using the interactive whiteboard.

 

Big Question = Do you prefer a world full of different colours or one colour?

 

 

The children agreed that a a colourful world is much better and that everyone is special regardless of skin colour. Together we make a rainbow.
