Throughout the week, beginning Monday 7th November, we thought about Remembrance Day at our school. We brought poppies, sold by our School Council representatives, to raise money for the British Legion. Also we learnt about when Armistice Day began back in 1918 during our school assemblies. In addition, on Friday 11th November we came to school wearing red for Remembrance Day. We are looking forward to finding out how much money we raised. Well done to everybody that donated money towards a great charity.
