The Daily Mile
The Daily Mile is a national initiative aimed at improving the physical fitness, emotional health and general well-being of all children. The children walk or run a mile each day, this improves their fitness but also improves their concentration, mood, behaviour and general well-being.
Reception enjoy taking part in the Daily Mile and have had lots of fun.
They encourage each other not to give up and are really proud of themselves when they have completed the Daily Mile.
