This half of the Spring term our topic is all about Kings and Queens. During our first week back during History and Geography we looked at the 'Battle of Hastings' and how William became the King of England. We looked at maps to see where William came from and where he went to fight during the battle. The children made crowns, swords and shields and then we recreated our very own 'Battle of Hastings' outside.
