How to do it: 

You will need 10 objects and 2 containers. Also numbers cards up to 10, numbers 1-10 on separate pieces of paper if you don’t have number cards.

Gather 8 objects

Share 4 objects with your adult

How many do you have each?

Say the number sentence together

Half of 4 = 2

Repeat with 2, 6 and 8 objects
