At Bare Trees we have a reward system linked to colours and significant people. On entry to school the children are put into a house and are encouraged to earn house points through good work, trying hard, being kind and for good behaviour.
The houses are:
The house names are of people who are significant historical figures to the town of Oldham.
In the Autumn Term the children were introduced to these historical figures and learnt about their roles within Oldham.
The children and staff thoroughly enjoy the house system and are proud to wear their coloured badge showing everyone what house they belong to.
To congratulate the house that earns the most house points the winning house receives a reward at the end of every term.
