Emotional Health and Well- Being *Updated
We had an absolutely fantastic week learning all about our own Emotional Health and Well- Being. We created our very own tribal flag with positive affirmations on how to keep our classroom environment a safe and happy place. We did mindfulness activities which included breathing exercises and mindfulness colouring. The children loved relaxing and talking to each other about how they can speak to someone if they are feeling stressed or anxious. We looked at ways that we can improve our physical health as well as our mental health, we made tasty fruit characters and enjoyed eating them after!
