World Book Day

Our school celebrated World Book Day on Friday 9th March. Each year group had an author that they focused on throughout the day, Year 3 learnt about Francesca Simon. Children were invited to either dress up as a character or complete a project on their given author. We completed lots of reading activities throughout this day including a teacher story time swap, a pupil reading quiz and made our own Horrid Henry book! Please enjoy browsing through the photographs below of our special day. To find out more about Francesca Simon and her popular Horrid Henry books, you can visit the websites at the bottom of the page.
