Why is it important to do exercise? 

 

Now try these exercises

Stand on one leg, count how long can you do it for?

Jump 10 times on the spot

Run on the spot and count to 20

Move around the room like a frog

Move around the room like a snake

Move around the room like a monkey

Hold your hand over your heart, is it beating fast or slow?

Why is it beating fast?

Walk slowly and count to 20

To finish, stretch up tall and try to touch the sky, hold it and rest.
