This week Year 6 used all their art skills learnt throughout this half term's topic to recreate the impressionist painting of Monet. Have a look at how wonderful they are!

This week Year 6 completed their SATs and we are all extremely proud of them! To celebrate this, we enjoyed hot chocolate (made with milk!) and marshmallows around the camp fire in the forest school area! Thank you Mr Wild!

This week Year 6 have been learning about inheritance in science and used Mr Men characters to demonstrate how characteristics are passed on from parent to offspring.

Continuing to develop their art, this week Year 6 used hatching and cross-hatching to make their still life drawings more 3D!

This week Year 6 turned their still life drawings into sketches and then defined the outline once they were happy with their proportions. See how amazing they look!

This week Year 6 have been making still life compositions to photograph in preparation for practising their drawing skills next week.
