Activity: Today in our farm fact file we are going to write about an animal found on the farm.

How to do it:  Watch the video about Farm animals.

Choose an animal you would like to write about. Draw a picture of that animal in your blue book or on a clean piece of paper. Use the Farm animals facts cards and write a sentence about your animal. Remember to use a capital letter, fingers spaces and a full stop in your sentence. 

If you find it tricky: 

Watch the video about farm animals. Discuss the different animals. Draw a picture of that animal in your blue book or on a clean piece of paper. Read the animal fact card for that animal to your child. Label the animal together. 

Challenge: 

Complete the fact file page about your animal. Then write several sentences about your animal. Today try and use and in your sentence.
