During Autumn 2, we learned all about Earth and Space, exploring our solar system.

- Pupils described the relative size of the Sun, the Earth and the Moon using everyday objects.

- Using globes and torches, pupils could explain day and night, seasons and the apparent movement of the sun across the sky.

- Pupils described the movement of the Earth, and other planets, relative to the Sun in the solar system.

- Pupils named the planets in our solar system and described their movements relative to the Sun.
