Summer 1 - Groovy Greeks
In Year 3 we have enjoyed our topic on Ancient Greece. We began our topic with our very own Ancient Greek day where we tasted Greek food, danced like Ancient Greeks and made our own Greek crowns of leaves. We have learnt all about soldiers in Ancient Greece, what is was like to be a child in Ancient Greece, greek trading and of course, the Olympic Games!.
Greek Urns
Over the course of a week, we designed, made and created our very own Greek Urns. We used paper mache, paper plates and cups, cardboard and lot's of paint.
