Week 1

The children in Year 1 have really enjoyed creating a collage of King Charles portrait. They have used warm and cool colours and shiny and textured materials.  Here are some examples: 

Week 2

This week we celebrated world book day. We have brilliant costume across all three year 1 classes. You certainly made it difficult for us to choose the best dressed! We had an opportunity to talk about the books we love and why they are important. 

In year 1, we did lots of activities relating to our author Nadia Shireen. Her story Bumblebear inspired us to get creative.
