To observe what you do not like about our world
How to do it:
Go for a walk or walk around your garden
What can you see?
What can you hear?
What can you smell?
Do you like all that you see, hear and smell?
Look around for things that you do not like.
Look at the pictures and look around.
Can you see any of these things?
Can you see lots of litter?
Are there lots of cars going by and can you smell the fumes?
Can you see animals looking for food?
Choose one thing you do not like and label it.
If you find it tricky:
Do the activity of going outside and looking around what you can see. Discuss with your child what they do not like.
Look at the pictures and can you see any of these things in your street?
Is there too much litter?
Are there lots of fumes from the cars?
Challenge:
Complete the activity and write a sentence explaining what you do not like and what you can do about it.
