On Thursday 28th September the children at Bare Trees Primary School celebrated the International Day Of Peace.

 

In Year 1 we talked about what peace means to us?

 

We made some peace flags and discussed why doves are a sign of peace.

We also made some 'Peace' bookmarks and wrote some messages of peace to our friends, families and even some world leaders.

 

Later we went outside and used chalk to draw images of peace on our playground.
