Activity: Read the story Let’s Bake and complete the activities

How to do it: 

Click on the blue arrows to turn the pages of the book.  Ask your child to read the story. Read the story a second time this time as you read, click the pencil icon on page 6 and complete the activity. Continue to read, click the pencil icon on page 10, complete the activity. Use the pictures on page 12 to retell the story.

If you find it tricky: 

Ask your child to talk about the pictures. Read the story together.

• What do you think Dad is going to make?
• Why is Dad mad?
• Who helps Tiger to make his buns?

Use the pictures on page 12 to retell the story.

Challenge: 

Read the story and complete the activities.  Can you explain to an adult how to make the buns? Remember to use the words first, next, after that and finally in your explanation.
