Week 1- Room on the Broom.

This week, we have been learning all about the story 'Room on the Broom' by Julia Donaldson. We have been sequencing the story, making props to become the witch and role playing the story with our friends. Our favourite part is when the animals trick the Dragon and rescue the witch. We have had so much fun exploring this story.

Week 2- Supertato.

This week, we have been learning about the story 'Supertato' written by Sue Hendra. We have loved exploring sharing the stories, making our own Supertato characters, creating WANTED posters to help catch the Evil Pea and completing different missions to help Supertato to save all of the vegetables. We even had to rescue the carrots that the Evil Pea had frozen.

Week 3- Shark in the Park.

This week, we have been sharing the story 'Shark in the Park' by Nick Sharratt. We have loved learning all about rhyming words. We even made our own rhyming telescopes just like the character in our story so we could try and spot objects that rhyme.
