Resilience Day
Fri 19 Apr 2024On Friday 19th April we celebrated one of our school drivers- ‘Resilience’. The day started with a whole school assembly where teachers had chosen pupils who had demonstrated resilience within their learning. Throughout the day pupils worked hard on practising their resilience, they were then rewarded for this.

Parent's Maths classes

Language for Learning Day
Fri 19 Jan 2024Our Language for Learning Day was a great success!
One of our school drivers is 'Language for Learning'. Throughout the day we took part in sessions linked to vocabulary development, language for learning and explored the range of languages that we can speak here at Bare Trees. Thank you to all of our families that supported with the home learning task related to this day- it was lovely to learn new things from each other.

Parent's English Classes
Fri 19 Jan 2024On Friday 19th January, our first course of Parent's English classes begin. These classes will help to develop spoken English skills and take place for 5 weeks. If you would like to be added to the waiting list for the next course, please speak to a member of staff at the school office.

Diversity Day
Fri 01 Dec 2023Our Diversity Day was a great success!
One of our school drivers is 'Diversity', therefore on Diversity Day we raised the profile of this driver and celebrated the diverse community that we are at Bare Trees. Visitors came to school and held workshops for the pupils highlighting the importance of acceptance, tolerance and celebrating diversity. Thank you to all of our families that supported with the home learning task related to this day- it was lovely to learn new things from each other.

National Poetry Day
Mon 09 Oct 2023On Thursday 5th October, the whole school celebrated National Poetry Day. Each Key Stage listened to a range of poems and learnt a poem to recite in Superstar Assembly. The children loved exploring the poetic langauge and were so confident to perform their poems. What a fantastic day!
