Week 5- This week in Reception the children made there very own 3D dinosaurs using junk modelling materials. The children designed the dinosaur themselves and painted it.

Week 4- This week in Reception we have been thinking all about where dinosaurs used to live, their habitat. We have discovered that different dinosaurs lived in different places! We have been creating out very own dinosaur habitats and putting the correct dinosaurs in the correct habitat.

Week 3- This week in Reception the children have been finding out information about dinosaurs. The children were able to apply their knowledge and complete a fact file on their favourite dinosaur.

Week 2- The children were able to create their own dinosaur skeleton using white paper straws. The children were able to use their creative skills and fine motor skills to support them doing this.

Week 1- This week in Reception the children have been exploring the story 'Harry and his Bucketful of Dinosaurs'. Harry's Dinosaurs had gone missing! The children were able to draw a map for Harry to help him find his lost dinosaurs outside.
