Year 4 have been working hard on our handwriting. This week we practised forming letters of the correct size. Beautiful.

This half term we are discussing our emotions and how to express them appropriately. This week we discussed how we express our emotions using facial expressions and body language. We chose an emotion to act out for our friends to guess. We enjoyed this lesson.
14.11.25
We have been busy this week in Year 4. We all wore odd socks on Monday to show that we stand up to bullying. We are making wonderful progress in our swimming and music lessons. PE was energetic as usual but we always enjoy it. We all wore pyjamas on Friday and made a gratefully received donation to Children in Need. We joined in with Joe Wicks and had fun being active. We all need a rest now!

Our text this half term is 'The Adventures at Sandy Cove.'
We have been text mapping and putting actions to the story to help us to remember the structure and features of the text. It is a tale of suspense and action.
