Science

During the second half of the Spring term we have been looking at new beginnings and the Spring season. We took photos of us outside planting seeds and watching flowers grow!

During the first half of the Spring term we learnt about how different body parts are related to our senses which include: Smell, taste, touch, sight and hearing. Children used their senses to complete activities and taste different fruit during emotional health week, they could label different parts of the body too. They also loved having their snow pictures taken (we had real snow!) and learnt all about the Winter season. They could talk about how it has changed from the Autumn season, what the weather involved during Winter and what clothes we would wear during this season.
