Autumn 2. What Helps Us To Stay Safe.

In PSHE this half term we will be discussing how to stay safe and know who can help if we feel unsafe. We will also be learning about way in which we can stay safe in our home.

We will also be discussing how to stay safe when outside of school or home and 

the rules of how to stay safe around strangers. 

Autumn 1. What can help us grow and stay healthy? 

During this half term we will be learning all about what can help us grow and stay healthy.

We will be discussing strategies that can help us when we are worried as well as 

learning about how getting enough exercise, sleep and healthy eating can keep our  mind and body healthy. We will also be learning how to look after our teeth and why it is important to do so and also how much weekly exercise we need to take and why it keeps us healthy.
