Christmas
Thankyou to all the parents and carers for coming to watch our concert 'The Christmas Star'. The children and teachers worked very hard to put it all together. We really hope you enjoyed watching it as much as we enjoyed performing it. From Year 1 we had some superstar narrators and angels. All the children thoroughly enjoyed practising the songs in particular 'The Three Wise Men'.
The children have been very busy during the last week of the Autumn term making their salt dough Christmas decorations and their Christmas cards for their families and carers. We followed a recipe to make the salt dough using flour, salt and water. We then decorated our decorations using acrylic paint and finished it off with some Christmas wrapping paper and ribbon. We hope to see these decorations on your trees at home! Have a lovely Christmas break.
The children had so much fun at our Year 1 Christmas party. They dressed up in their own party clothes, played party games and had some delicious cakes. Have a look at our pictures.
