Start off with Speed Sound lessons every day using the link below.

Films will show at the times below and be available for 24 hours.

Read your reading book or a book of your choice. Answer questions from the bookmark below.

 

Writing

Imagine you have stepped into the picture.

Can you continue the story? What is so different about this tree? What has happened to the other trees around it?

Challenge 1 - Act out the rest of the story. Use time connectives (first, next ,later, then) in your story.

Challenge 2 - Write the next part of your story based on the prediction you made yesterday.

Challenge 3 - Add expanded noun phrases, adverbs and suffixes in your story.

         Balloon games 

Build your gross motor and coordination skills through one of these balloon skills activities.

 
  • Keep the balloon in the air using both hands or only one hand at a time.

  • Balance the balloon on your hand or a fly swatter while walking around the room.

  • Keep the balloon in the air by hitting it with your foot, knee, elbow, or head.

  • Hit the balloon up and turn in a circle before hitting it again.

  • Keep the balloon in the air by blowing it up.

  • Hit the balloon up. See how many times you can clap before hitting the balloon again.

  • Keep two balloons in the air at the same time.
